No receipt offered or given, and I forgot to ask since they didn?t have diced apples with my oatmeal. When I asked for apples I... was told I needed to pay extra for sliced apples because they don?t do diced apples with oatmeal here due to all of the applesbeing ?bad?. Had to go inside and argue with the cashier for 15 minutes because the mobile app clitched out and wouldn't give me the option... to claim the order I had placed and already had a pending charged for on my card. The cashier said they didn't receive it andI'd have to place and pay for the order again and call after the pending charge posted to have it refunded. Then after I walkedout the drive thru employee came chasing after me with my order saying sorry for not realizing that they had actually receivedit. Then to top it off the bacon was missing from my burgers, the fries were as cold as my frappe, and they gave me a regulartoy with small detachable pieces instead of a toddler which I definitely specified. This is one of the better McDonald's I've ever been to. The milkshake machine is actually working 90 percent of the time, which... is huge compared to every other McDonald's on earth. Food is never wrong/old/not what I paid for. If I'm not near this one, I goout of my way to go here. Staff has always been very cool people as well. Read more
Wow. This had to be the worst experience I have ever encountered at any establishment. Never have I experienced such rude... management. Learn to take responsibility for your mistakes and hold your employees accountable. Fries are not that expensive andif a customer ordered a LARGE meal, even if the employee puts the order in incorrectly, you honor that because it is not at thecustomers disposal. I never had to argue so much with management over correcting my order, let alone FRENCH FRIES. And I will becontacting corporate because this is just absolutely ridiculous. No acknowledgement of COVID as they are also taking back foodand beyond rude management - go elsewhere. Burger King is cheaper, has better food, and better staff. Read more
No one at the counter and I couldn't get the computer to work. A guy finally came and took my order after I ask him if I had to... use the computer. Crispy Chicken sandwich was a piece of fried chicken with two pickles and a dry bun. Not like the picture atall. I only came because my granddaughter wanted to go here. McDonald's is the worst.
