I tried both the Three Day Smoothie Detox and The Three Day Juice Detox Programs. I had positive results from both Detox... Programs. I felt refreshed, lighter, and not bloated. I spend lots of money on prescribed medications to rid myself ofunexplained headaches et al. After detoxing,and hydrating and tweaking my eating habits with the help of Ms. Hammond I am nolonger sufferring from these unexplained headaches. My favorite cold-pressed juice is the yellow lily and pink hibiscus! They are all so refreshing and delicious! I also tried the... three-day detox and had a positive experience with it. I had an active fairly large pimple on the side of my face the first dayI started the detox. Then on the third day the pimple was completely gone!
