First- The atmosphere and decor is fun and immersive with all the fun of Cartoon Network. Don?t miss the action in the... ?kitchen?. Second- the food is quite good and the theming of the dishes to the shows and characters adds to the fun of themenu. The Bacon Pancakes (insert ???????????? here) are a great sweet and salty mix and not to be missed at breakfast. Also- TheAmazing World of Brussel Sprouts. Yum. Third- the great service and friendliness we received from the staff was awesome. Bigshout out to Noah who was our breakfast AND dinner server today. We had a great experience. Read more

As a hotel guest taking in the whole CN experience, my family enjoyed a fun dinner overall. Our 6 year old had a blast watching... the cartoon characters "make chaos in the kitchen" as advertised. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Two costumed characters camethrough the dining room too. Being a Sunday night, business was slower and number of staff matched it but service pace wasokay. Food is presented very cleverly, though a little underwhelming taste-wise. My only real disappointment was a lack ofvegetarian dishes (aside from Beyond Burgers) as of our visit July 2022. However I enjoyed a tasty, summery cocktail called theLancaster Mule and cheesecake dessert. **TIP: If you're a weekday hotel guest planning your dining, I strongly recommend callingahead to check current hours. I suspect the website is not updated regularly.** Read more

For families with kids, it's great! Service is slow, but very polite. There are lots of areas for kids to explore while... waiting for the food, cartoon characters that wander around to interact with, and space to be kids. Also mixed drinks for theparents to relax after a busy day of adventure vacationing. Need a breakfast all day menu option. Read more

Sadly never got to try the food. The place looked nice. Staff seemed nice. We were shocked to see a good amount of staff members... compared to other reasurants working with only a few people right now. There were only about 6 tables seated including us and wewere sat right away. Our group of 6 then waited for 30-45 minutes watching the staff saunter by, clearly noticing us but nooneever saying a word. I was able to take my 2 children to the bathroom individually, leave and go to my hotel room across the wayto get baby food, and feed the baby all before we decided to just get up a leave. Not even so much a "hey sorry we will be rightthere". Even as we walked out noone said anything. I went to the hotel guest services to let them know and they just said thehotel wasn't really linked with the restaurant. Which is inside the hotel! So obviously not much help there. Not trying to getany freebies but someone could have at least said sorry. Let's see how the next 36 hours go while we stay here. Read more

I had very low expectations, considering this is a cartoon hotel that averages about $130/night. I figured I was in for a food... court dinner. Holy cow was I wrong. This place is incredible! The fries were crisp and hot, the everything burrito is asymphony of flavors, the atmosphere rocks, and the service is great. I can't wait to come back for breakfast! I'm bummed ourtrip is only one night because I'd love to try more stuff. Read more

Before you decide to not take me seriously hear me out. If one reads my previous reviews notice that I am out to a large variety... of local restaurants with my significant at all of Lancaster?s prime very often. Having come across this restaurants menu I wassurprised how accommodating it was to our tastes. We find what be a fair amount of good vegan, vegetarian food in a funenvironment. The last time that I had a child age appropriate to other attendees was probably 15 years. When one walks in therewere cartoon characters ushering us toward the Cartoon Kitchen. The atmosphere is as expected, purely cartoon and children andyoung children milling about. While you will get you own table and chairs it will remind you of your childhood?duh.. We ended upwith 3 apps, Brussel sprouts, cauliflower and pot stickers, all 3 as my date stated beat what we had 2 weeks before at a topLancaster restaurant, and ended with an amazing dessert lol, what is called a Bear Stack Cake. When leaving I stated that itwas a little loud, and my lady friend stated, Yep but so are some of the high-priced places downtown but that is alcohol inducedthis is kid fun induced. So, certainly not for a hot date or anniversary night, but if you are out for some really good fun,GREAT SERVICE at a reasonable price supported by a kitchen open till 10 check it out. Read more

Just walked out the door and I'm not sure I've ever had a more disappointing dining experience. We chose this restaurant on our... vacation because we thought our 5 children would enjoy the atmosphere. Everything about our encounter with this restaurant wasextremely underwhelming. In a time where cleanliness is of utmost importance, this restaurant missed the mark entirely. Thefloor was sticky and our server bussed his own tables while wearing gloves. Which means he took orders, touched used dishes andglasses, and served food all with the same gloved hands. It's possible he washed his gloved hands or changed his gloves. I havemy doubts. I ordered nachos as an entree and it was clear they were made first and sat there. By the time I received them, theywere cold and soggy. The quality of the food itself was sub-par. The service was ok. We asked for kids cups and we receivedkids cups with no lids. We asked for lids and never received lids which led to our 3 year old spilling his drink on himself. Iwould think that a restaurant appealing to children would just have a standard of cups with lids for children. Spent $65+tip Never again. Read more
