Walking in I quickly noticed that the dining room was very dirty and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. The floor... was so sticky that my daughter's croc almost came off. Approaching the counter where two employees were standing and neithermade any kind of effort to take the order for at least 30 seconds and we were the only people in the restaurant. The food itselfwas poor at best, rolls tasted very stale, roast beef was off, and the fries tasted like the oil hadn't been changed in a while.Over half of our order went in the trash. Wish I would've read the reviews before I purchased anything here..Fries were just as old as the roast beef..fries were burnt an... salt was crystallized on them and roast beef was DEFINITELY NOT fresh but super brown (the pictures dont do any justice)????love Arby's but I don't recommend this location..I'd rather chew on a boiled leather shoe than buy anything from this Arby'sagain..the freshest thing I got was my soda..????????.. UPDATE????? with much appreciation corporate reached out by contactingme and corrected the situation..I did not go back to Lincoln highway Arby's..instead I went to the Arby's I usually go to whichis Arby's on Columbia Avenue.. again thank you for correcting this issue although I truly didn't expect it nor posted this forthat purpose..which made me appreciate it that much more ???? Usually a great experience, but not tonight. We ordered curly fries, and got crinkle fries, that were also cold. Also got the... chicken tenders, wich had no flavor at all. The Picture is the fries we threw away because they were so bad. Read more
Friendly and happy staff at least those I dealt with. Clean facility great food and happy hour hehehe.
I always love to get a roast beef sandwich and a shake. But this visit the shake machine was being cleaned! I would have... given five stars but who cleans the machine during the lunch time? this should be done after closing so it is ready to go thenext day! Read more
Ordered through the drive in on our way to a show at Sight and Sound. Ordered a #1 double, medium, a #10, a beef gyro with no... tomatoes due to an allergy, and a cup of water. Recieved the food and drinks and left to eat at the parking lot before goinginto the show and we were missing the Turkey sandwich for the #10 and the gyro had tomatoes. Didn't have enough time to go backso we were quite upset. We returned after the show and manager refunded the price of the missing sandwich from the drivethrough. Read more
The food was just ok. Wife ordered beef and chedder bun was hard. My chicken tenders were not fresh but it worked. Gave it a 2... star for filthy bathrooms I cant stand filthy bathrooms. Read more
I just stopped by Arby's today to pick up food for dinner. Typically the dining area is closed and I have to go to the drive... thru. Today the dining area was open so I was very happy. I prefer to go in to place my order. I placed a pretty big order($40). The staff was so great and friendly. They were working very hard but also seemed to be having fun as well. Sometimes whenthere is a big order, people get an attitude, but everyone here was so awesome! The food was made quickly and everything wasfresh! Normally people take time to write reviews to complain, but I wanted to write a review to mention my great experience.This is my favorite Arby's location and I always get excellent service and yummy hot food quickly when I go here.
