I used to really love this place but now I'm not so sure...their prices are very high...and don't match the menu at all. I was... told they did a recent price increase and was shown a sign on the door...which said prices went up in JANUARY...its nowSeptember..so the menus have been wrong since January? Not cool...I ordered a pizza, wings, chef salad and a cheesesteak. Had topay an extra fee because I used a MasterCard which I don't think is right. I'm sure most people pay with cards nowadays...sothey're just making extra money. If you just raised their prices, then that should offset the cost of paying with card...Iunderstand the merchant fees, but that's a cost of doing business...salad was very good...my wings...different story. I askedfor them crispy and well done...nope...not even close! I have to cook them longer here at home...good thing I have a deep fryer!the prices bug me...there was an over $10 discrepancy as to what the menu said...and what I paid. We have always ordered pizza from this particular branch everytime were in town because the food is so good and it's right down... the street from out B&B. Last weekend, my husband and I were coming back from the hot air balloon festival and ordered fromthem online. Our order was placed at 8 42 p.m. and we arrived to pick up our pizza at 8 58 p.m. We were in the parking lot andsaw the employee shut the lights off and directly after that, I received a text back saying my order had been canceled. When Icalled and spoke with the manager the next day to inquire why our order was canceled, she said it's because they closed at 9 andthat we should have came into the restaurant and directly ordered from them, instead of ordering online. If a particular placeof business is only open until 9 p.m. and they want out of there right at 9, they should post certain times they will be closingthere kitchen. Ordered through uber eats, food came relatively warm the temperature wasn?t the issue. It was the god awful pizza. I have always... been puzzled whenever someone around me made the comment ?man this pizza tastes like cardboard? I always thought to myself ?wowhow can a slice of pizza possibly taste like cardboard, I mean come on now it couldn?t possible be THAT bad, at the end of theday it?s pizza right.? Well today is the day that I?ve officially been humbled regarding that statement. I mean this pizza hadthe texture, and taste of actual cardboard. I mean spot on. Flavorless, rubbery, sandpaper like pizza. Absolutely disgusting. Idon?t know if it?s placebo since it tasted so bad but my stomach also isn?t feeling so nice after the slice I had. Ordered a Philly cheese streak, loaded fries, and a personal bbq chicken Stromboli. Over the phone they said 15-20 minute wait.... Got there to pick up my food on the 20 minute mark and they haven?t even started making my Stromboli. Total came to $65$. AfterI had already paid and they were making the Stromboli I addressed the $65 because I thought it was very absurd for just those 3things. She then later tells me that they didn?t know what size Stromboli I wanted because they didn?t catch what size I saidon the phone so they just made a large. Don?t forget when I got there they hadn?t even started making the Stromboli yet so theycould?ve just clarified the size. Meanwhile while I?m waiting an extra 30 minutes for them to make my Stromboli people keepcoming back inside after they had already taken their order out to the car saying they didn?t get something. In the end I had aStromboli witch had hardly any bbq and chicken and about 2 pounds of cheese in it? for 22 dollars. Horrible location. All otherlocations are brilliant. This one needs some help. Ordered two large pizzas and a salad over the 12/30/2021. I thought it was one of the best pizza's I have had in a while. I... had the new york style thin crust. Everyone in the family agreed the pizza was great. The salad was great also, really fresh,a bunch of toppings. People in side were very nice in friendly.
