Great food, great service. Just as good if not better than most hibachi restaurants I’ve been to and about half the price... compared to other places. I don’t understand people complaining about the kid that runs the register. Not only was he justfine taking our order, he made good recommendations on what to get. The first time I tried this, wow! I really liked it. Tried it again, and not so much. The chicken is perfect, but the rest had a... weird taste. Before when I had it, I didn\'t think it did. But the second time it had a strange taste. The chicken here isbetter than Hibachi Express (1522 River Valley Cir S, Lancaster, OH 43130), but overall I would recommend that over this. Tokyo Hibachi in Lancaster is my favorite Hibachi restaurant/takeout ever! The food is amazing! I get cravings for it and it... never disappoints. It is a clean, family owned restaurant and the owners are wonderful. They are very friendly, kind, andpatient, and if they miss a call, have a question, or just want to let you know your order is ready, they use the caller ID andwill call you! I have ordered takeout at least 10 times and they never get the order wrong; it’s always perfect! I am SOhappy the family opened Tokyo Hibachi in Lancaster. The best express in town! The steak is so tender and has an excellent flavor like filet. It’s cooked perfect and seems... consistent each time. This is our new favorite and we have pretty high standards. Not snobby we just know what’s good and not.The prices here are better than it’s competitors with a better quality! Well done! Read more
Food was ok not bad, just not anything to get excited for, in otherwords, just ok... steak was cooked right but no Browning... (great flavor comes from that - it was literally jusy gray) the child (maybe 10 yrs old) didn\'t hear me correctly when I wasmaking more order in person and charged me for extra sauce no big deal but could\'ve been had it been meat or veg etc... theother child that was there never spoke a word of English but kept touching things with his bare hands including take outcontainers and I never saw him wash his hands... children of this age should not be in the kitchen or working the register. Disappointed slightly compared to the other hibachi experiences I\'ve had, the place near hobby lobby was much better in ALLways. Honestly not sure I even want to give them a 2nd chance... having more choices doesn\'t mean it\'s better... Read more

We had very limited options while staying in Logan so we decided to make the drive to Lancaster. So happy we did. The food was... delicious with good flavors. The portions were quite generous too. The lady working was very nice and made sure we liked ourfood. Read more
