I have ordered countless times from this place. It used to be good. But you'd think ordering a simple cheese pizza with extra... sauce wouldn't be hard to do. Last time I called and complained. It took over an hour for my replacement pizza to come. Extrasauce That's all I wanted. I didn't get it. It's like they're ignoring that I asked for extra. Every. single. Time. I'm done. Idon't know what's going on saving money, cutting corners, but extra sauce is extra sauce and if you can't get the foundation ofa pizza right, I've no desire to keep wasting money on people who don't follow simple instructions. The pizza is good, however, while I waited 50 minutes in the parking waiting on my order after ordering ahead. There were 2-4... employees standing in the parking lot talking. Not to happy with this customer service ???? Read more
So for some reason, when you have an issue occur at this location, you have to have credentials and clout for your order to be... made to the quality standards in which domino's prides itself. Only after stating his position in the working world was myhusband able to have a pizza made that was worth feeding to my family. I do not know who owns this franchise but I am sure thatI would much rather leave my hard earned money at a location that treats EVERYONE with respect and dignity. I ordered a large pizza with twist and cheese dip. I picked the ordered up after my grocery pick up. On the way home, I opened... both to see and the garlic twist wasn?t even in the meal. So I called, no one picked up for 15 mins (how long for me to driveback), then I had to wait another 15 mins for them to make my order. This will be the last time I order from Domino?s. By thetime I actually received my twist, my groceries were thawed out and my pizza was cold. Very poor experience and definitely wouldnot recommend this place to anyone else who was trying to have an easy stress free pickup day that ended up in and 2 hourstressful day. Picture is the REMAKE of the dip that wasn?t necessary to remake but most of it is burnt and barely anydip. Needless to say....not worth $9.00. Read more
Just bad service! Workers today are so hard to acquire. With this, it is so frustrating to see said workers take advantage of... the Lancaster Domino franchise owner and customers. My last two experiences at this Domino's has been... Well, not good! Thelast time, one of the crew was outside fighting and arguing with her boyfriend or husband? This, while we waited for our verylate to the curbside, large order of food. Didnt want to walk inside to retrieve curbside order as we would need to crossthrough the heated drama taking place. A big guy crew member looked out the side door shaking his head and going back inside. He then immediately brought out our order and apologized, giving us a free pizza (we did not use) appreciated , but not theowners fault. Today, we came in to pick up another order instead of curbside this time. Waited nine minutes for an alreadycompleted order as the first crew member was more focused on her cell phone and decided to go around the corner and halfway hidevs. working. Another crew member that was obviously the only one working asked the phone girl "J"? To please help customers,after a period of zero response from "J", she gathered our order once she completed other tasks and got us on our way. Nottrying to be a Kevin, however I wanted Lancaster Domino's customers to know, have patience, not the owners fault. They cant bethere 24/7. This seems to be the new norm. Read more
It's been 4 years since I ordered here because of a bad experience, but I tried them again. I remember what their pizza tasted... like, and it's different. There was a distinct, strong taste of garlic and butter in the crust. I didn't care for it. It waslike a flavor overload. The sauce is too salty, and there was major gaps in the cheese coverage. It was dripping with grease. Asfar as the Italian sub, it was ok, but I was disappointed to find out they don't put lettuce and tomatoes on. I don't think I'llbe back. There are much tastier options that don't take over an hour. Also, I can tell management isn't concerned about howtheir customers feel...they haven't responded to any of these low ratings. Read more
The food is never ever ready on time. I?ve waited 45 minutes past pickup several times, and we are never offered anything for... this. They also gave me 1 pizza once and then made me wait 40 minutes for the other two, so the first one wasn?t hot bythen Last year we ordered food and didn?t get it in 3 hours, and no one answered the phone for hours. I went into the store andthey didn?t give me a refund or food. It took a week to resolve it by calling another location?s GM who was also very rude.(There was only 2-3 employees at that time and 2 were an older married couple who were very stressed out because people quitleft and right for months on end) Service was good the past few months but today we ordered food an hour and a half ago, and itnever moved from prep stage. I called to ask about it and the girl was very stressed out, and said 4 people just quit. She saidthey have no control over online ordering, and only corporate does, and there was only 2 of them in the store. I told her theyneed to call customers to cancel orders and she got very irritable and ranted to me about how it would take her 45 minutes tomake all the calls about the orders they couldn?t complete. I told her I understand it?s not in her control and not her fault,but they can?t just keep peoples money and not give us food. She relaxed a bit and gave our refund, but I feel really bad forthe two employees. This seems to happen constantly at this location and the owners need to step up.
