Avoid this place at all costs. We walked in and were told to find a seat and waitress would be ?right with us? this began the... search for a clean table. After sticking to most of them, we finally found a reasonably clean one. Then the wait. We waited andwaited for the waitress to bring menus. Once we finally got those she disappeared. Came back after a LONG time for our drinks.Then, again, the drinks took forever. She put them down and couldn?t take our food order because she had to get her tablet,which began even more waiting. She FINALLY returned and we placed our order for our vastly over priced food. You would expectin this type of place more of a pub type of menu. It?s not. We had been there more than an hour by the time my kids meals andour meal showed up. My daughters hot dog and fries were ok. Hard to screw up a hot dog and fries, other than the over chargingfor it. My other daughter got the Mac and cheese kids meal. By ?meal? what they meant was $8 for store bought boxed Mac andcheese in a bowl, and NOTHING ELSE. The ?child friendly? establishment had NO MILK and no apple juice. Our meal, the chickenMarsala, had the thinnest excuse for ?chicken? I?ve ever seen. The Marsala sauce was watery and tasted more like butter. Theworst part was the canned mushrooms. None of us finished any of the ?food? we were served and vastly overcharged for. Then thewait for the bill. My wife and kids got so sick of waiting that they went back to the room and I was forced to wait for thepeople at the bar to receive all the attention from the one person working there. While I sat alone I noticed a couple who hadcome in before we got our food who hadn?t even received menus yet. Finally got my bill and got out ASAP. Waited at door to be acknowledged. Got menu and placed order. Food came in 14 min, however WAY TO EXPENSIVE for food I... received. Also did not receive fries as stated on menu. Portion of ribs excessive for even the hungriest person.Atmosphere doesnot match menu or cost of food. Off the beaten track location. Good greeting. Past getting water never saw waitress again. After waiting 15 minutes. We left. Went at 8pm Saturday. Going for... drink you're good. Food you will starve. I guess our business was not wanted. Hope the locals hold you over. My touristbusiness including tip; which is good, is not coming back. Meal from my cooler from my local grocery store held me over. So my family and I went to this restaurant to try something different. We definitely regretted it! The service is slow slow slow... and they are way under staffed. We waited an hour for our food and we were never asked if we needed drinks or anything in themean time. The waitress needed more help meaning our service was no good. When we got our food after forever, the chickenparmigiana was watery and very soggy and we then found a hair. But my Dad really liked the wings. So overall, we left hungry anddisappointed. Read more

I was staying at the Inn adjoining The Olde Bostonian and was pleased to see they had a wonderful warm meal and drink... considering the Inn does not. It was a relief after checking in to realize something was so close (1 door literally separatedthem)They are a hidden gem so hopefully they put something out front for others to see from the road. I had the chicken Marsalawhich was pretty tasty. The price point on the meal was $18 so a bit higher than preferred for travelers but at least it wasn?tchicken strips or a burger after being on the road! I added two tall jack and coke drinks to round off the meal at $43. Thecompany was good and they definitely always have the game on.
