They take forever to prepare wings. I don’t even go there anymore. Ain’t got an hour to get some mediocre chicken wings.... Just buy Tyson Wings at Walmart or Stater Brothers and microwave them. They come out better, cost less and are ready in no timeat all. Read more

Ordered the lemon pepper boneless they poured all the butter sauce on top just had them soaking in it plus they was cooked hard.... when asked why did they pour all that butter on top he said and I quote "There's nothing we can do because we turned the fryersoff so I asked for a refund. Then the manager Gabriel did refund and then told me I won't receive my refund for 5-7 days I askedit take 5-7 days and I used debit then I asked what was the other guys name and he said I won't tell you that. And I said as amanager you can't tell me your employee name and he said his manager said he can't do that. I will never spend my money at theeast side wing stop again. Read more
I am so over this OVERPRICED place. I stressed that I wanted fries well done and they were soggy. The rolls were dry and the... thighs, well you can judge for yourself by viewing the photo. They were really just a large chicken wing. Spent over $50 for adisappointing meal. Read more
This Wingstop needs to get it together! I place an order online at 6:45 I was told to arrive at 7:15 I arrived at 7:20 paid for... my food and was told it would be right out did not get my order till after 8. When I asked how much longer they acted like therewas no receipt so I presented them with my own receipt showing it was paid in full somehow my order of 40 wings and sidesmysteriously walked out the door. this store needs to be a lot cleaner everything is swept to one side of the store and notpicked up trash on floors blown out soda cabinet sticky tables this store is waiting for health code enforcement to come in andgive them a four-page write-up. If I could give a zero for the service I would. They’re fine in the greeting people thing, but man they NEVER get my order... right. It’s been years and I guess it partly my fault for not checking the bag but come on! Not once have I gotten a completeorder.
