Clean and delicious as always.
I ask for broccoli cheddar soup and a six inch sandwich and both were terrible. I saw the women scraping whatever's leftover,... burnt, brown, and smelly when getting my soup. My sandwich was flattened and looked disgusting when it was being made AND when Iopened it up to eat it. I had a horrible experience recently. Usually it's not a problem but I ordered a coffee and when I asked if there was some... already done they said yes. I got a small and it didn't even fill it half way. I had class in half an hour so I went to eat myfood because they said it would be 5 to 10 minutes. I came back and again there was no coffee. I wasn't done with my last halfcup because I already put creamer in it and was waiting for more coffee. bad service in the morning shift they get mad when you redeem a coupon and see it as extra work cant follow directions and then... gets mad at you even though they got the order wrong. I would only eat there if i literally had no other choice. Read more

I will never purchase anything from this Subway again. There is a JERK by the name of Grant that works there who lacks great... customer service skills. The first time he was rude to me I let it go but the second time I had enough and I will not purchaseanything else from this Subway again. I rather wait in line for 15 minutes in the cafeteria or go off campus to another Subwayor another establishment. I personally think that Grant is a RACIST JERK. This was always my go to spot at the college. Today however my online order didn't come out on time, that's fine I just waited... longer. When I came back 20 minutes later to pick it up. The manager was complaing that he doesn't like making my order and thatnext time I order he is going to change my choice of bread to flat bread. Mind you he is yelling this at me infront of everyoneelse in the lobby. I am severely disappointed that a manager who should know better. Is telling me that he is going to alter itthe next time I order. I would avoid this place at all costs, the manager thinks that because they are the manager that they cando whatever they want.
