The guy in the front needs to go, he's rude and thinks he knows what he's doing. I have gotten cakes from here for years and all... of a sudden they don't do anything I asked... he puts his hand up and stops me from talking just to show me an 8 inch cake...and then goes on to tell me the cake I show him is fondant and they don't do that, which, I know, that's why I chose a picture Iknew was frosting... The guy answering the phone is EXTREMELY rude. I started off saying good morning and he responded with I have to block this... number and then he hung up on me! I tried calling back several times but he didn't answer. So I used my house phone, he answeredand I told him I was trying to place an order why did he hang up? He said I hung up on him?! Whatever can I place and order? Hesaid fine then you will have to wait, then placed me on hold for 5 minutes. I was upset so I decided to wait and ask for hisname. Nope he just hung up on me again. The sad part is we ordered all the time from here, the pupusas are actually good, butthis guy is TERRIBLE and hurting the business. Read more
Disgusting atmosphere, the air quality made (attempting to dine, at least) dining inside the restaurant incredibly... uncomfortable. Myself and my friends couldn?t order off the menu because the owner chose to exhibit behaviors of paranoia: heran to the back, the kitchen, instead of taking our orders. He then attempted to force us to get out of the establishment bytrying to manipulate us into getting our food as take-out. We said we?d rather dine inside and he began to accuse us of stalkinghim and called us insane. He told us we should turn off our cellphones because we have been ?watching him?, but this was ourfirst ever encounter with this guy. 0/10, absolutely disgusting and TERRIBLE customer service. Worst place ever so rude the heavy set guy i paid 25 bucks to a young sweet girl on my 30 dollar order and owed them 5 bucks and... some change give him 6 bucks take the order from in front of me like I was taking off with it mind u I paid with my card and hetells me will be here for a long time couldn't open his register i tell him don't worry u can keep the change he got upset andnow had attitude so I said don't have attitude and just give me my money back. It has been so long, ordered desayuno Guanaco, cheese jalapeño tamales, and chile rellano. Tried a new drink kolashaman.... Everything was so good ????. A must try lots of vegetarian options and the plantanos mmm. Read more

I WAS THERE THIS MORNING AND WITNESS THAT THE GUY THAT WAS GETTING ORDERS AT THE REGISTER . A MAN WEARING AN ORANGE COLOR... CONSTRUCTION SHIRT ON WAS DENIED SERVICE JUST FOR THAT COLOR.
