I'm disgusted. I love it here but they have been slacking to the point of no return. The pot pie was just a big bowl of shredded... chicken. Nothing else but dark meat chicken I have photos. No buns for sandwiches, no lids for sides, no cookies for combos,after waiting in a drive thru for over 30 minutes and the staff complaining about being short staffed and basically crying infront of us yelling at her coworkers to go faster in front of me. I'm so sick of this place, how hard is it to keep stuffstocked up and ready to go. I have complained to corporate and I will continue to complain until something is done. Read more
They had a sign out for a deal. I ordered it then they said that it was over so they could not do it. Then remove the sign when... the deal is over and not have people come to your restaurant and then try to have then have to order something more expensive. That is called a Bait and switch. Then I wad asked if I wanted sauce with the expensive option I had t chose and they were outof the one I wanted. So I decided to cancel my order, and the drive through wait was about 8 minutes. Went to order chicken bowls, but they were outta chicken. How does a chicken restaurant run outta chicken????????? If they're... outta popcorn chicken to put into bowls, a simple solution would be to cut up some chicken breasts into bite size pieces andsimply substitute those. Win - win situation! KFC doesn't lose business $$$$$ because they can't seem to order sufficientsupplies, (this isn't the first time we've experienced this) and the customer doesn't leave disappointed and unsatisfied.
