They definitely make your experience good. They come out to the car lines and take your order. You pay right at your car also.... Then if your order is ready before you get to the window, they bring it out to you. Not much wait time at all. I ?? DutchBros!!!! So I have an update...went yesterday because it was the first of the month and they're supposed to have stickers onthe first of the month... no stickers. The people were very nice though. The young man at the window told me they would havethem on Wednesday (2 days later) he then told me about the free mug give away with the purchase of a large drink for Tuesday(today). I made a comment about going 3 days in a row but it was okay since I like Dutch Bros. He told me they would probablystill have the mugs on Wednesday. I decided to go today after work anyway. I got there before 4pm and was told they ran outof the mugs. I'm very dissapointed. No stickers yesterday, no mug today! I'm not sure about going tomorrow now. Now I'm notjust going for the stickers or the free mugs but...truly I try to treat myself from time to time and I probably wouldn't want tospend the money every day. I was going for the stickers for my son and the nice associate told me about the mugs. Would havebeen nice if either 1 had happened when I went. Sorry Dutch Bros...points lost. Read more

I gave it two tries and I literally had enough time to finish a complete book in the hour and a half it took waiting to get to... the front of the line. The beverages are fine? There?s not really anything special that distinguishes it from any other coffeeplace around and there?s a woeful full amount of options beyond coffee and basically candy stuff. It?s not terrible but for goshsake?s go to one of the other locations that doesn?t take an eternity to serve you because of the freeway. Read more
I?m from Tucson, AZ where our Dutch Bros is a staple in our lives. I was super excited about this one being open while visiting... family. I introduced my parents to it and they seemed to like it. I have the most complicated order of the group and my kidslove trying new things. I LOVE the Dragon Slayer lemonade cut with black tea, light ice, extra sweet, and I add 1 or to rebelshots to it if it?s been an extra long day. Always a great flavor and my go to! There?s so many flavors and they are always downto mix whatever you want together even if it isn?t in the menu. I appreciate it. Read more
My favorite drink is Christmas Morning, which is one of their Chai tea variations. I opted to walk up and spend some time... sitting outside the shop and witnessed fantastic customer service with the guest in front of me, as well as my own, and a cleandining area. First time to this place, everyone is very nice and quick getting the line moving. They also just offered me some mistake drinks... they made which was a really nice bonus =) The gal at the window was very friendly, my wife and I both loved the drinks wegot. - 2 Large "Double Tortures" (Hot) - 2 "Kickers" Fully recommend and will definitely be back! By the hwy so depending on busy hours expect to wait. Way better than getting Starbucks. I rather come here when I just want a... drink. Menu's should be carried by outside order takers. Yes I know it is in my app but my phone was almost dead because Iforgot my charger. Even though this is my fault I still believe that they should be prepared because people like my grandma lovetheir coffee but rather have a menu instead of an apps. Read more
