Went in to order dinner. After 31 minutes of waiting for our food, we went up to see what was the problem. There was just two of... us, and 2 people ahead of us. First, they couldn't find our order number, then we hear, here it is. I had asked for a refund,but then they handed us our food, which was ice cold. Then we asked for our refund, again. Never again. I went there with my boyfriend and one of his friends and the African American employee I believe her name is Alicia was so dang... rude and disrespectful that I cannot even fathom the anger I had she literally told my boyfriend that I need to check myself orI wouldn't be eating when I hadn't done anything but look at the menu to double check my order and she said that we need tohurry up because there were people behind us waiting when we waited in the same line that she was referring to mind you themistake on our order was her fault she was very unprofessional and on our way I'll have the nerve to ask the whole restaurant topray for her to keep it together I really think that they need to replace her because she does not have customer service skillsat all I already contacted corporate about her I have been going to del Taco for a long time and that was the first time everthat I've experienced that type of treatment. I have noticed since then that I've gone in there and her attitude seems a littlebit better so maybe somebody reprimanded her I'm just being honest. Read more

They just robbed me for my ebt card ... watch these workers because they ask for your ebt pin # at the drive thru and all they... have to do is take your card & then go use it, if u didn't notice it not being returned then all they have to do is say " I gaveit to you" since no one can access the cameras to see what really happened... I only come here for the grilled chicken soft tacos but they're pretty tasty, the marinated meat is also good for the street... tacos and prices are well within a good rang. I also recommend the chili cheese fries and del cheeseburger. Super delicious andtasty! Clean and good location, pretty fast in the drive thru lane as well!. Read more
