Carl's Jr use to be great back in the day but had gone down hill in a big way
Could hardly hear the guy at drive through, they had no lemonade for kids meal only soda. The rootbeer was grose you could tell... the syrup was almost empty, the fries were cold, and the burger did not taste right. Do yourself a favor and go to the one onAve K and 15th W. Read more
So Slllooowwww in the drive thru! And I ordered online, AND I was the only car in the drive thru! I ordered through the app then... 15 minutes later I show up in the drive thru (only car at the time) they tell me that they didn't notice a mobile order came inand had to still make it so the had me pull forward a few feet and wait for my order (another 10 minutes!) At this point morecars had showed up behind me, I'm sure everyone was annoyed by the wait! Based on my past experience it appears that quality service at Carl's on Ave L & 10th generally provided with day shift as... opposed to evening shift. Ordered Swiss chicken combo with onion rings to go. I ordered from inside dining room and they stillcouldn't get it right. Got home and really disappointed. I tossed the really.. soggy tasteless fries that were not in myorder. The chicken sandwich was average. Basically, I paid $12.56 for a mediocore chicken sandwich and a small drink. Definitely will stay away from this fast food bandit, especially during evening late shift. Read more
