I ordered a freeze and they said they don?t have sprite to make it, but they had bottles of sprite for sale. Asked if they could... use that and was told I would have to pay for the sprite AND the cost of the freeze. I wanted to leave a great review for Beto. My friend needed a minecraft cake for her son and every place we tried couldn't make... it happen in time. We stopped by baskin Robbins as a shot in the dark and we lucked out. Beto has the best customer service, hepicked out the most awesome minecraft template for the cake and just all around he took great care of us as customers. We evencame back in today for the candle and just to thank beto again. Her son just got his minecraft ice cream cake about an hour agoand he is in love with it. Beto we really can't thank you enough. Just to be clear they sell ice cream not baskets which is good since the ice cream is good. The place was called 31 flavors but... now they lie and sell more or less than 31. Well it is not a lie since dont advertise the 31 anymore. That is sad because it wasa part of their history and what I remember as a kid. When they took away the 31 I felt like they erased some of my childhood.They killed a part of me BUT the upside is the ice cream is good so I'm ok with losing some of my childhood for good food. Only one person seems to be working every time I come in she's moving as fast as she can but when you have a line its still... gonna be a minute or so. It was a little dirty inside but the ice cream was good felt not as smooth. Read more

I took my kids for ice cream today and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Troy the person behind the counter, answered... all our questions and was very helpful and kind when we asked to sample some ice cream flavors. Thank you Baskin-Robbins forhiring helpful and polite people like troy. It made our experience and awesome one.
