Great service and fresh food! All workers were very nice as well! Felt like a genuine whataburger
Was really happy to see a Whataburger in Lampasas. Two folks working the counter at lunch on Friday and ordering was simple. ... Noticed after heading back to the car that one of our burgers was not ours. Same Whataburger Jr but plain. My wife went backin to get the correct burger and was told it was ours when it clearly wasn?t. After a small discussion she was given thecorrect burger. When she came out and told me about it I told I knew who it was as I saw her arguing with ANOTHER customer overforgetting his ?number tent? even though me and a Whataburger employee knew she didn?t even hand it to him. If you want peopleto come back you really need to work on your customer service. It would take 15 minutes to see that this associate is in thewrong position. Read more
This place is a mixed bag. Visited twice in the past couple weeks. This is a combined review. First time ordered blue cheese... burger with no bun on a salad and it came out perfectly. Service was super friendly. 5* visit for sure. 2nd visit asked forthe same thing. Was told they won't do that. Wrong salad came out which I was charged more for and no offer of refund for thedifference. 2* visit, maybe. Very off-putting to say the least. I ordered my food payed for my food . Waited for 1 sandwich. For 5 min. Then was asked move foward. To take care of the next... car. As soon as I pulled forward my food met me . And the car behind me had to do the same. So ridiculous. Read more
