This place my husband has been talking about we needed to try it. Well today was the day. We were in the area and stopped and... got some food burgers! Curly fries and a root beer float! Everything was delicious! Its a drive up setting and why not eat inyour car. Prices are reasonable as well. Go see for yourself! Read more

My wife and I stopped in here on a Sunday for lunch. We ate as we stayed in the car at the drive-in portion of the restaurant...... There is a sit-down picnic area as well. See pic. We ordered hamburgers and fries with a drink. The staff were keeping busy butservice was acceptably prompt, and things are very reasonably priced. I had the Storms Special burger without cheese, whichincludes fries. My wife had a burger and spicy curly fries. We split a coke. My burger was delicious, quite large, with freshcondiments and served hot. My French fries were yummy, too. My wife's burger was tasty and so were the spicy curly fries. Totalbefore tip was $17 and change. There is a restroom provided. Overall, we enjoyed the experience of an old fashioned drive inmeal at reasonable prices, and recommend it. Lots of sweet treats like root beer floats etc. etc..are available for yourindulgence if you're inclined. Read more

After 4 years, I?m back home and able to enjoy my favorite burger joint Storm?s ??. The Sausage burger is unmatched and cannot... be found anywhere else. I?ve been all over Texas, Georgia and Florida. Thanks for keeping this burger tradition alive! Read more

We drove out to try the food where Elvis is rumored to have eaten regularly. The food was really good. From the fried pickles,... to the burgers and shakes, everyone was happy with their food. It came out fast even though they were super busy. Read more

We stopped by this place for dinner after a day of hiking at the nearby state park. My experience was horrible. Employees are... confused. If you prefer a Storm's special they will automatically assume you ordered the no cheese version even though theyshowed the special with cheese in the picture. Our fries were cold and gross. They insisted on taking the fries back to thekitchen which we have already handled. Which to me seems pretty disgusting, if not a possible health code violation. Burgersweren't even good. Patties were thin and dry. I do not recommend this place. You are better off going somewhere else. Employeesdon't care if you do. Read more

First time here, it was the best establishment I have been to in a while. The employees were busy yet caring getting food out in... handfuls. I got the Storm's special, which has three patties, veggies and an option of double cheese for 9.99. It came out HOTthe burger did not disappoint, it was the best burger I have had by far. I will definitely be coming back here! Read more

In my opinion, this is one of the Best Burgers in Texas. When I am in town visiting family, in Lampasas, I look forward to... getting the Storms Special. I wish they would open a Storms in Austin. I bet there would be lines around the block. Thetoasty bun and the crispy hamburger meat makes this so delicious. Read more

Stopped here because of the reviews and it did not disappoint!! Runs very much like a Sonic in the ordering process. I ordered... the Storm?s special with cheese and it was incredible! One of the best burgers I?ve had in a long time! Fries were crispy anddelicious as well. They give you these little napkins secured with a rubber band and inside are two salt packets. I didn?t needthem because everything was delicious just as, but I thought it was cool. When driving through the area, I would most definitelyeat here again! Read more
