For those of you that aren't normally Arby's people, this location delivers 10/10. I've been on a road trip across the east... coast and have taken a few pit stops along the way, so I can tell when I find a good one. At this pit stop I had the pleasure ofstopping at a gas station with an Arby's. The service was top notch 10/10. Very friendly, greeted us at the door, and made methe greatest vanilla milkshake I've had in a while; they even put chocolate drizzle on it for me because I asked nicely. I walked in I order 4 chicken sliders freshly dropped chicken they said oh we can do that I said okay and a medium curly fry... curly fries were amazing but the chicken I couldn't even eat it. I went to Arby's today for lunch and ordered a half pound roast beef and cheddar sandwich with a large drink. I eventually got... my food and when I opened the box there was no cheddar cheese, or sauce on the sandwich. No biggy, I shrugged it off until Iopened my sandwich and found a hair on it. So we were on a road trip and decided to take a halt cos we were super hungry. I'm vegetarian and I couldnt find anything for me... on menu. But I did see one pic of chicken burger with tomato, onion and lettuce. So I went to this lady named Tometha andrequested her if she could remove chicken aside and make that burger with onion, tomato and lettuce and I would pay her fullamount. She was surprised and checked again. I said yes and when I removed my card to pay, she refused to accept payment andsaid it's free cos it's just bun, tomato, onion and lettuce. I kept insisting to take the amount. But she didn't. She went aboveand beyond to make me comfortable. Thank you Tometha. I wish you all the best in your life. Sad to give so little stars - but seems as if they were having staff difficulties- likely nothing could be done about that -... but drive through was not an option and would have had to go inside - sickly and now no masks I avoid indoors as COVID and thefact I have not got it yet 2 countries and like 10 states later - so will stick to the mask and outdoors and drive through - asI said inside for me is not an option - thanks for your effort -hope they get there drive through staff sorted - never gotfood but went through the process just the same!
