Great staff friendly service, and delicious food.

I have been coming to Mr Sub Kettle Point for as long as I can remember specifically for a sunrise breakfast sandwich. The food ... has always been top notch as well as the service until today. The girl that served me has been there a while but today was thefirst time she made my order, she was very very unpleasant and seemed to have an issue with how I wanted my sandwich. My husbandordered a sub a few weeks ago and had the same experience with this girl. I generally would not complain but she needs to learnwhat customer service is. Once again I had an unfortunate experience at Mr Sub, Kettle Point, with the same girl at thecounter. I have been back for a breakfast sandwich at least twice since my last review and had wonderful service. I willdefinitely be looking for any other options the next time I am going to pay good money for a meal out as it will not be Mr Sub,Kettle Point. Read more

Rude customer service. Employee rolled eyes at almost everything I asked for. Nasty the minute we walked in and was forgetful of... company practises. Usually have a good experience here but one of the employees working nearly ruined my day. Read more

Very friendly staff. Subs are far better than the other sub sandwich franchise you see every 2 kilometers. EXCELLENT service and... amenities during COVID. They have masks and hand sanitizer right at the front door. Above and beyond every other foodestablishment I have been to. Read more

We were there today, the staff were great and the washroom were very clean. Two thumbs up

It takes a very long time to get your subs. If you get the frozen yogurt, it is very good and a good price too.
