Everything was great! Service was quick and came with a smile ! So glad we stopped here to eat.
Just so you know we are workers from Dallas helping Colorado and we decided not to order our work group lunch from here solely... based off the reviews about the Manager treating these employees so bad and the horrible looking food pictures. Burger looked like they just threw all of the ingredients into the wrapper. Manager told me since I already opened it I had no... proof it wasn't fine when they gave it to me. The whole time he was callous and rude. Ended up eating McDonald's down the road. Read more
So I went in, ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. Waited almost 20 minutes(place was pretty much dead). And when I got my food... the tots were stale and not even warm to the touch, and they gave me a bacon hamburger? Pushed the button to try and talk tosomeone, no one responded so I went up to where the car hops come out and asked to speak to someone ( i didnt go in just openedthe door), manager came out and I tried to tell him about the mix up. He instantly started berating me, telling me he was goingto charge me again for the new sandwich and not offer any refund for the wrong order, got mean and condescending. Apparently, you think it?s cool to let go of good employees when something tragic happens in their lives. Food was good, service... was good, management was there that day and seemed to be very aggressive towards his employees. Even threatening them with writeups for not being fast enough. Gross! Again! What they are calling on their app ordering a double quarter pounder is a joke. Meat shriveled up and only 2 oz.... Will be going to McDonald?s. At least it will look like picture. And a shake is a shake not a frosty. Also did not read orderbecause no condiments were brought with order either. Read more
