Needs new management. She leaves all new employees untrained. She ecpects the employees to train the new employees because she's... too "busy"(gossiping). Employees get annoyed by new employees because they ask questions and try to help. I told her from theget that i can't work holidays. It even said on my application. She said"your not special. Everyone works on holidays" "I don'thave anyone to help me watch my daughter. Not even family". I told her that. I was hoping she would understand. I was NOT firing on all cylinders this morning due to being kept up late/early by a nasty storm and, extremely sleep-deprived,... could barely string together something resembling an order. Staff were extremely tolerant and courteous, and tossed together ahalf dozen random donuts that turned out to be exactly what I would have chosen if my brain had been working. This Dunkin is a inside a Pilot gas station. The sesame bagel was fresh. I had mine as a Beyond Breakfast sandwich. This was a... no frills decent vegan option. Hash browns were fresh and not too greasy. Service was friendly. Coffee was standard. It wasclean. All in all, it was a good breakfast experience while we were passing through town. Read more
this is a pilot now. i bought some dougnuts they were not bad. but I also pay for a pilot pizza two slices for 5 bucks. when I... check the pizza. they were raw you couldn't tell if there was 2 slices because the melted together in a raw bunch of stuff thatlook disgusting. so I went to the manager Aban something long hair pigtail guy. he address me incorrectly as a customer who'sliterally complaining for a bad service. I said the pizza is bad can I have my money back he look at it and said. I'm only gonnagive you half because you are the other half. he accuses me in front of employees and other customers of faking a bad product totake advantage. so I had to open the pizza box and show him that both slices got melted together in a raw mass you couldn't tellif there was one or two. so we had an argument were I stated I didn't want the money back just a polite answer and maybe asolution. but now I was gonna complain with pictures. i went out and went back inside to ask for the receipt of my purchase. hewas already there having a chat with the guy from dunking donuts when I ask for the receipt. he said oh you can get a refund nowif you like ??????????????? ???????? Excellent customer service, coffee was perfect, the ladies inside were so friendly, my donuts were super fresh. I noticed this... location is new and replaced the older location across the street. Please check with Google Maps for updated information as Ihave requested the changes. Read more
