We went to Station 400 after checking out Sarasota's Cars & Coffee. I could not get over how cheap this place is and how good... the food is! I started with the spicy mango mimosa but it wasn't spicy (still good though). For our entrees, we got the SmokedSalmon Benedict (the eggs were perfectly poached) and the Everything Bagel and Lox. One visit to this fantastic place will make you want to add it your rotation for breakfast. All aspects of the dining experience... were perfect. Went at 8 am on a Saturday, no wait. The nutella waffle topped amply with fruit was delicious and didn't need anyof the additional syrup that it came with. The greek omelet was very enjoyable too. The olives were crushed and placed on top ofthe tzatiki sauce, which is preferable to its whole or even sliced form, for this kind of meal. The portion size is just rightfor not needing to take any leftovers home. It's not too hard to find a vegetarian option here. In the future we'll definitelycome back for lunch! Edit: still haven't returned for lunch, but we've been back a few more times for breakfast! Everythingwe've had is memorably delicious, like the benedicts, French omelet, and banana pancakes.
