Had the fish and chips (small serving). While the chips were flavorful, they were "whimpy". Next time I'll have the steak fries.... The fish had a flavorful flaky crust, but I think having tartar sauce would have helped (forgot to ask for some). My son hadthe the Orange Honey glazed shrimp and raved about how good they were. Won?t be back. We were a party of two. Waited an hour for a shrimp Alfredo and a beyond burger, at a very slow time for them.... Other tables came after and left before. The restaurant had just as many employees as there were people in there dining. Thebeyond burger came out severely undercooked, like freezing cold and just mush. They did apologize and offer me a new one but bythat time the person I was with was already done eating and I didn?t want to wait another 30 plus minutes for a new plate. I've never had a bad experience at Pinchers, and I've eaten here at least a dozen times. I had not been here since before the... pandemic though, and prices are much higher now than I last remember, as is true mostly everywhere. Only ordered appetizers anda dessert for 2 during happy hour, and the bill was about 60 bucks without any entrees. The fried key lime pie is definitelysomething to try at least once. It doesn't resemble a slice of pie - basically it looks like fried ice cream but has that creamysweet and tart flavor that you love. Read more

Great service and atmosphere! I went out on a limb and tried an appetizer I wouldn't normally select because it said it was a... favorite on the menu. It was extremely salty and I wasn't able to taste the crab for the salt. The manager was right on it andmade sure he served us a dish to our liking I am not a picky eater so I felt bad that I couldn't eat what I ordered but I wasextremely impressed with the manner of care the manager extended to us. First time eating at this establishment. A busy Tuesday evening, but we were seated right away. Our server, Wesley, was very... attentive and took great care of us. Started with hot crab and cheese dip. WOW! My mouth filled with such great flavors. Thisdish is worth ordering. Followed up with an entree of mussels and salad. The mussels were cooked in white wine and garlic sauce.This is a very generous portion of mussels and I ate every last one. It was that good. Fresh seafood is something we don't getwhen we are in our home state. My husband ordered the bourbon glazed salmon.i snagged a taste and it was cooked perfectly. Theflavor of the glaze was delicious.
