Great food, HORRIBLE customer service. I?m not usually one to call out people, because I?ve worked plenty of fast food jobs. But... there?s no reason to treat your customers as if they are bothersome. All we asked for were our drinks that we already paid forand the manager was ?too busy? he literally wouldn?t hand us our cups which were right next to him, it takes two seconds toprovided decent customer service, as a manager you should do better. I called in a pick up order and the young black lady with the really short copper colored hair (I wish I would've gotten her... name) She was super sweet. Before I would feel like a burden for calling or going in to place an order. The food was good.Wasn't dry. Food was ready for when I arrived. The girl had a smile on her face when I arrived. I know a lot of people don'tcare for all that but when you having a low day & someone is nice to you it's refreshing. Overall the experience today wasgreat. So much better then before!!! Read more

The food was good. I aint got no complaint there. I had a really large order & everything was given to me. Nothing was... missing. The dude behind the counter taking the orders in a cookie hat & idk if the other dude was a manager wearing all black.They need better training on customer service. They were complaining abt being at work. Some person called to check on theirresume/application and the dude in the black gets off the phone and says to the other employee does this person not know how itworks I call you if I need you. They must be dumb. Something to that extent. Regardless insulted their intelligence just causethey called to check their status. As a customer I'm not trying to hear all that. I don't need to hear that you ain't trying tobe at work & definitely not hear how you might treat a future employee. I kept trying to smile & be polite cause maybe they werehaving a bad day but their service was very idc. Read more

Paid $40 for all of our food just for them to forget 1/2 of it and when we called them they said to bring it all back in so they... can "educate their staff on what went wrong" I will never come to wing stop again. It's 7pm and I have 2 young kids, I'm notloading them back up in the car so they can then decide what they want to do. We've had issues here before and we just chalkedit up to they were busy or understaffed. Never again will I eat here, the staff was rude and very unprofessional on the phone. Read more

I made an order at 4pm for pick up at 6pm. When I arrived at 6pm on the dot, the worker informed me that my food has been done... for awhile now. After I informed him that it wouldn?t make sense because my order pick up is 6pm. He then proceeds to say ?sorryif the food is cold.? The food was soggy and entirely cold but I didn?t have the time to ask them to remake it, especially sinceI ordered it for pick up. My guess was that once I submitted my order at 4pm they made my food and it was left outside for 2hours. Read more
