I came in a couple days ago and I believe the girl's name was Amanda she was there alone and she was about to train a girl who... had never been at that store she also had never been at the store which I know this because I usually go to the subway and theperson that usually runs the store has an attitude issue and usually I try to not go there when she's there and I guess she'sthe manager but she's not a very nice one as you can tell by all the one Stars below but this particular lady was super sweetsuper nice very attentive she made my sandwiches just like I wanted I bought four sandwiches that day and even though she wasbusy she still made time to do it with a smile I really appreciate it and we need more people like her at this location so ifyou're an owner I suggest you get a new crew and have her be the manager cuz she was absolutely amazing I might have got hername wrong but I think she'll know if she reads this you're absolutely wonderful Amanda and I appreciate everything you did thatday. Confirmed my online order, waited, drove there to find they had the doors locked 40 minutes before close. Then they canceled my... order. Total waste of time. After a long day at my own job, I just wanted a simple sandwich. After looking at other recientreviews, im not the only one dissatisfied. I had a bad experience at Subway today 9/8/23 at 8:45am. A tall dark lady helped me today. Didn't get her name because they... don't have a name tag. I ordered it online while inside the store so I could get a discount. While she was preparing it I askedfor a wheat bread instead of white, she slammed the white bread down. She wasn't smiling, not friendly at all at it looks likeshe's having a bad day. I specifically asked on the order to wrap my footlong separately in half but she didn't do it. Very rude worker, had no considerate for a senior that was hard of hearing and that needed to use the restroom. She just... continued what she was doing and when the care taker got upset about her actions she rudely told her to leave. Read more

Went in to get a 6 inch ham. Started with the employee giving me the wrong bread. Luckily, she asked me that time before... proceeding. She didn't pay attention to anything I asked for. I got what looked like a half gallon of mustard after I asked fora tiny bit. She added mayo when I didn't even mention it. At that point, I didn't even bother asking for anything else. Paid andtipped. Took my sandwich out to my car to eat before commuting home and didn't even get a bite. The bread was rock hard. I order from Subway at frequent times and I just want to say I appreciate the Subway team and their good work. You guys make my... sandwiches so well and handle it with good care every time. I?m sure these employees meet their challenges within working in thebusiness and I only hope that each employee is compensated fairly by their corporation.
