I have been to this location many times and get decent sandwiches, until now. My wife bought me a sandwich from this location... and it was terrible. Basically because it lacked meat! Was it because Subway is being told to skimp on the meat, or was it thatthe employee was inexperienced. Don't know, but not going back for a while. Read more
Honestly I would prefer Subway over any other fast food place. The only downside is that you have to go inside to get it which,... the reality is, I wouldn't want any other way. It's just sometimes a hassle when you're on the go. But the food quality is somuch more substantially better than somewhere like McDonald's or Wendy's. My son also likes the options that they have to offerand honestly he has a parent, I would rather have him eating Subway than McDonald's any day of the week. And for a person suchas myself who has very particular and picky tastes (and as being guilty for having some of the most overly complicated ordersknown to man), this chain restaurant fits right up my alley. i wish i could give more than just 5 stars. we just ordered delivery for the first time at this location and I wish I knew who... made my sandwich because it was PERFECTION. never have i ever had a subway this clean, in order, no extra sauce spewing out, andwrapped so perfect. it looked just like the photo on the subway website. i will be ordering from this location for the rest ofmy life. i hope my next experience is as perfect as it was today !! This Subway is by far the best one I've been to. With my job I get to travel throughout washington and I love Subway's... sandwiches. Most of my experiences have not been good -- I either get someone who doesn't understand the concept of a sandwichand others give judgemental eyes as well as act like they really don't want to be there. There have been a few good experiencesbut this one takes the cake. The lady is so very kind and has a warm, welcome feel. Music is the perfect volume to hear it inthe background while still being able to have a conversation. And I'd have to say I was actually speechless with howprofessionally she made my subs. She gracefully put down the veggies as well as she added just the perfect amount of sauce. Notoverbearing at all in terms of conversation but if one does strike, it's a very nice conversation. I grabbed a bite to eat from here while working on assignment nearby in Tacoma. Super-friendly staff that greets you when you... enter and you get that personal home-town feeling. The sandwiches are fresh and tasty with plenty of goods. Service is quickand wonderful. And their new S?mores cookie is a must try. It is awesome! Read more
I just had a awesome experience with a great gal that answered the phone this evening! I forgot to select toasted on my tuna... sandwich which is something I absolutely love, I called and she was more than willing to go ahead and fix my mistake even afterit was already packaged. She had a great attitude from the moment she answered the phone until our call ended. That interactionleft me feeling even better than when I called!
