Good fresh food! Great employees always! I can get always a list of ingredients on foods. Very important.
Had the worst experience at the deli. There were five employees working in the deli and only one of the employees were assisting... customers. Mind you the other four were in the back having personal conversations. The line was about five people and we hadbeen waiting for assistance so I spoke up the second or third time of saying something I shouted so they could hear. Hey isanyone going to be assisting customers? I get a eye roll and a " being rude doesn't get you service around here and some otherstuff murmured under her breath. When I said ok I'll just go speak to someone else about this. The woman scoffed and said "yayou do that." If you were paying attention after the first or second time I wouldn't have had to shout to get your attention.The deli staff is so unprofessional it's nuts. Customers should always come first you are not paid to stand around and talkabout your personal issues. The manager was very polite and addressed the issue immediately which is highly appreciated. I won'tbe spending my hard earned money at the deli again. Read more
The person working the counter did not notice me. Once I got my order started, they went to get two other customers orders... rather than finishing what they started with me. I normally have no complaints about Safeway. Today ..... Hmmmm the cashier and about 6 other people touched my food just for a... price check that the staff forgotten to put on my Monday chicken special meal. I went to get another order and pay for it at thedeli and I had to wait 1/2 hr for it. Which I didn't have time for. I left without what I really wanted. Read more
The deli section has a good selection of items. I especially like their fried chicken (breasts and wings), coleslaw, and beet... salad. My grandson loves their corndogs. Read more
