I stopped by this location yesterday and I was greeted walking in and leaving. The whole crew was amazing! They were attentive,... timely, and very respectful. They messed up on our order but quickly rectified it. The pizza comes fresh and hot out of the oven, they dont totally cut it... all the way thru so you may have to suggest it to them or grab a plastic knife and do it yourself Read more
8/4/22 @ 3:56I love this place amd the people that work here r great!! But today at 3:56pm there is a young man was so rude!!! ... He had blue tape on his 4arm to. The only man working there today. He was rushing me to hurry up and tell him what I want andbecame Clearly irritated with me when I asked him to crumble up the hand with his hands every request I made you became veryirritated this has never happened before I get the pizza made the same way all the time no one else has ever gotten mad at mebut he did but he did then he started laughing at me. Is Gary and unprofessional. You should get a new job. First time visiting, I got lunch with my husband and mom. I made a self build pizza, w/ cauliflower crust, garlic rub, spinach,... mozzarella, chicken and artichoke whereas my husband got the Calexico and my mom got the Caspian w/ mushrooms. It was prettybusy lots of people were waiting but the employees acknowledged us and got through the line pretty fast. We will be visitingagain for sure! The food was well cooked and yummy. Read more
I came in today post lunch. The place was empty. After telling the pizza artist what I would like on my pizza, I was... reprimanded for the amount of inconvenience it created for the pizza maker. Then after explaining I'm on my lunch break andI've only got 25 mins. It took captain numb nut exactly 6 mins to get my pizza in the oven. This pizza was sitting andwaiting on the table alone ready to be put in the oven all by itself for at least 5mins. I don't get it. Know your customerbase. Know the timing. I'll tell you what. LOVE being able to add unlimited toppings to my pizza while the price doesnt change. Customer service is great except for one... employee who is very monotone, doesnt say much of anything besides 'anything else?' and WILL NOT hold a conversation with youeven if you begged. Not a terrible person but customer service isn't for everybody. Read more
Was in there this evening 11/27/22 about 9pm. The manager there works very hard and efficiently. I noticed how nice she is to... her costumers and coworkers. If I owned a business I would try to get her to work WITH me NOT for me. Her movements in thekitchen were so fluid she is amazing!!!! Read more
