This place has awful customer service! They got my order wrong! When I called to ask for a refund on a large fry I did not... receive, I was told they couldn?t do anything, the manager ? darrell? if that was her name? hung up on me and was extremelyrude! I will never order from this place again nor will I ever recommend this establishment to anyone! If I could give thisplace zero stars I would!!! Ordered curbside pickup for 10 pc nuggets, fries & a sandwich. Took over 20 min to get my food with barely any cars in the drive... through. The 2 stars are for the nice lady who I spoke to through the speaker. Man at the payment window was extremelyoverwhelmed and it shows. Lol. Read more
Terrible, service took over 20 minutes inside the store, you can change the look but you can't change the service this... McDonald's has always been trash was really hoping the new outer appearance would reflect the inside. Read more

After ordering I waited at least 20 minutes in the drive thru. When I received my food the fries were soggy and cold and my Big... Mac was also cold and had the slightest amount of lettuce on it. This McDonald's has never been very good, which sucks for mebecause it's just around the corner. I had hoped that it would be better since the new remodel. Read more
Once again it took forever to place our order. One lady worked the window. It seems everytime I go with my 4 kids it takes over... 35 mins. And it doesn't do any good to call corporate cuz nothing ever gets done. I would stop going but my autistic sons gottahave it. My 8 YR old daughter has sickle cell disease and she loves the spicy mcchickin with pickles. She don't eat much so if Iget her sandwich she may eat. And once again we get home 5 blocks and it's cold and not right. My 7 YR old loves his LG fries.But by the time we get it it's already cold. I don't recommend this place unless you like long waits and cold food. I give thisplace a big thumbs down!! Read more
Stopped for a Sausage McMuffin on my way to work. I get a ways down the road and attempt to eat, first I noticed a huge egg(not... pictured as I can't eat them) I removed that and then noticed I had a slice of ham, instead of sausage. Clearly not what Iordered, but wasn't worth turning around to be late for work. I noticed it was also burnt pretty bad, but gave it a shot. It waspractically inedible. So I called them to see what my options were as I didn't have time to turn around. The lady I spoke to wasthe one who handed me my order. She tried to argue with me, and told me I ordered an egg mcmuffin. But that doesn't come withham, and my receipt was correct.... anyways, wasn't worth stopping back after work for $2.41 either, but I figured I would sharemy experience.
