Good food but poor service. Waited in line for 15 minutes to order, finally got to the front of the line just for the male... cashier to say ?sorry I have other orders to clear up I?ll be back in 15 minutes? I understand being busy and a rush, but thereis 0 excuse to wait 30+ minutes just to ORDER a smoothie. Meanwhile you can walk next door to Applebees and order and receive awhole meal in less than 30 minutes. The owner/managers need to address staffing issues. Read more

Went to the store at 6:50 and was told by the two employees that they were closed because of staffing. I guess they forgot to... turn the open sign off and lock the door. Did I mention there were two employees there so I?m not sure about staffing being andissue. Read more
This Man working here about 5ft 9inches is the rudest person ever. I walked in and said hi how are you and he rolled his eyes at... me! I asked for a smoothie bowl and he told me he doesn?t have the açaí today I said okay cool can I get the one below it hesaid no sorry. Didn?t offer me any reason why.
