Everytime I go there at night it's always something to avoid working, she says we are only doing online orders and door dash so... I say okay I'll download the app, I get out of line and then download app and then order online I pull buck into the drive thruand what do you know now she says we are closed everyone went home sick... and I say we'll I already ordered my food how do Iget a refund she says contact the app. That's alot of help not the first time stuff like this has happened at this location. I drive by here every morning and they are almost never there for breakfast. By far the worst Jack in the box I've been to. ... Cars out front and everything but no one answers the phone or the drive through window. Update 9-9-22 Once again cars out frontsee people inside the kitchen, no one answers the phone, no one answers the drive-thru. I also saw one other car pull in wait 5mins and then leave with no service. Really you should shut this place down. Read more
My bf and I wanted to try it for the first time and the experience and food was horrible. The prices on the menu are incorrect... for the meals we got. They were priced at 11 and some change but ended up being 13 and some change since the total of our foodwas higher than expected. Our food was wrong and there was lettuce on my chicken sandwich so I couldn?t eat since I?m allergic.My bf ordered a bacon burger and it was only the patty. Read more
This is one of the only "restaurants" I can get food at close to my job at night. I've had the same issues with this Jacks as... everyone else... Long wait in line to be told you can't even order because the computer is down, the staff is changing over(?!),only online orders, etc... The other half of the time it says it's open, the lights are even on, but the place is closed, or allof the employees are hiding. I've literally not been able to purchase food from this establishment the last 5 tries... But thestraw that broke the back was that I got desperate enough to try the online system: restaurant open, order went through, I hitthe button to make it immediately... then I show up and the f@%&ing place is closed, or the system is down. You can have badfood, and bad service, and a desperate person will still have no choice, but robbing me is not gdamn acceptable. Read more
I love jack in the box but this location never fails to disappoint. After waiting in line for 20 minutes I drive up to the... intercom to be told that they?re once again taking mobile orders only and if I want any jack in the box I have to drive aroundand order on the app. I can get past the greasy food and rude service from employees who openly complained about beingunderstaffed but this exact situation happens any time my friends or I come to this location after dark. I?ve seen multiplesigns on the window saying ?under new management? but nothing ever seems to change. It?s annoying and im honestly surprised thislocation is even still in business. It?s not everyday fast food employees go out of their way to help a customer, nor do I expect it very often. The lady working... the drive through today 7/29/22 at about 10am is what every owner wants their employees to act and present themselves as. Ikept forgetting items and things I needed, napkins, water, ect. And not only did this lady graciously get my items, I tried totip her and she politely refused saying it was her job. I?m not impressed very often but thank you jack in the box drive throughlady. You really just made my day better. You should be running the place. I?ll be back next time I need an egg roll. Read more
No stars! This place is horrible. Food is always greassy and disgusting, hashbrown is soft as if it was sitting for hours! The... location is convinient, but I after 2 horrible visits, I would rather drive farther! I don't know how it stays open! Horribleplace. Read more
The lady who served us at the drive thru this evening was extremely rude and had no customer service skills. Everytime we give... Jack's a chance to redeem themselves (which is not too often), they continue to disappoint. Will probably not return to thislocation (or Jack's in general) again, sad to say. Read more
