Wanted to grab a midnight snack, literally it was just before midnight so I jumped on my phone to see what fast food was... available in the area. McDonald's was mile and a half closer but McDonald's don't make no Jumbo Jack so I drove the extra mileand a half to find out that the Jack in the Box website was inaccurate and was closed when I got there...???? I wish they would open again 24 hrs. They're the only food joint we have available for the night shift staff here at Western... State. The night crew at Jack are all amazing. They're really friendly and have gotten to know the regular fliers. They're notshort on smiles despite it being 2 or 3 in the morning. I miss having to go by every now and then. Edited to add: so when areyou gonna start operating 24/7 again? It kind bums that the only joint open past midnight is the gas station in front. Read more
They're so personable have great customer service at this Jack in the Box in Steilacoom. They serve your food with a smile and... they got it exactly right. I'm so thankful to also eat their in a clean tidy environment! They get a 10 for me!???????? Read more

As far as fast food goes, Jack in the box usually takes a little bit longer then some of the other day food chains and there is... a good reason for that. Jack in the box does not make your food until it's ordered, the fact that they are able to turn it outas fast as the do should be surprising to everybody who goes there. This particular jack in the box has never once let me down.The food is always good and the service is always friendly and professional. I do wish they would fix the drainage issue, but itis Lakewood lol. EDIT: Only a day or 2 went by after writing this review when I showed up for my breakfast on a super wet rainyday, and their drainage issue has been fixed. The place was clean, bathrooms are clean and staff were nice and friendly. I usually order with something added on, or taken off... and they got the order right. The service was fast. My visit was during the time period when there was snow on the ground andthe walk ways and parking lots were cleared nicely. The soda machine is cool, but the flavors seem to mix with other flavors.For example if I select a plain coke, I can still taste the other fruity flavors mixed in. So that is something coke machinepeople may need to look into. Read more
Stopped by last night 7:49 and there was a cone blocking drive thru so I hopped over to McD. If this whole jack thing is only... doing app orders at night or not sticking to the hours I hope you do close so someone else moves in that's actually open Read more
