Gravity coffee is above Starbucks in my opinion as far as taste but what puts them above them completely is the staff. Everyone is really nice, however sometimes the Sunrise and the Passion Fruit can be a bit watery like. I always always have to... ask for extra pumps of syrup. I had one bad run-end with one of the workers in the past about me wanting extra syrup because thedrink tasted like water. However, cooperate handled the situation very well and was very accommodating. Overall the place isgreat and I still visit to date! Read more

Best coffee selection in western Washington, more variety than Starbucks. Ladies are beautiful and very friendly and helpful. I... wish we had this coffee shop in British Columbia, Canada ????????. I think it would give Starbucks good competition. One thingthat I love is when there's a line up, they come out and using a iPad they take your order, to speed up the process.
