Honestly me and my husband just went to get ice cream it was Sunday at 4:10 pm we walked in and one of the employees looked at... us and walked to the back then a couple minutes later came back out and said nothing just went to the bathroom. A couple minuteslater (we waited for like 10 minutes while her and her co worker laughed and joked). the guy came out and proceeded to take ourorder seeming purely annoyed? it was obvious he didn?t want to be serving us. We got 2 apple pie waffles cones and a mint waffle cone... The total came out to be about $37 that included a tip. If I could... give it less than 1 star I would. The apples in the ice cream tasted really gross, the texture reminded me of the gel that's indiapers, the ice cream had no flavor at all, you couldn't even taste the cinammom that was in it, and the waffles cones werestale to top it all off. The only reason I didn't make an issue of it while I was there and ask for my money back was because wewere saying goodbye to a family member who is moving to kg out of state. Slow down with the portion size! We all got medium, I thought it's reasonable, but man it's big! With waffle dipped in... chocolate, yamo:). But too much! We did not finish it, it's in our freezer. I don't like ice cream so someone will finish mine,I should have not even get anything for me... The customer service is nice and ladies r patient; it is loud in there, probablybecause of the freezer needs to be on, but it was not best experience communicating our "wants". The ice cream is tasty, quitefew choices, and tops were good, would like some berry choices to be an option. They mix ur choices together, plus mix in urtoppings, if u never been- try it, it's interesting to try, I prefer no mixing cause I like it the "Monk" way(food no touchingeach other)(haha no, just like the seporate flavors). We will be getting their cakes, I'm looking forward to try few ofthose. It was my first time trying this place out because I've heard it's soooo good. But I was extremely disappointed. Not only was it... expensive but the ice cream was just not it. The flavor was off. To be honest it didn't even have a flavor. We got 2 wafflecones and it was $20. I don't mind paying that if it's actually good. But it wasn't. We ended up throwing it away. First time as this location. We had just had lunch next door at the L&L Hawaiian BBQ and was craving dessert and ice cream from... Cold Stone sounded perfect! There were two employees behind the counter when we arrived. We were second in line behind a guy andhis two kids. One of the employees was assisting them and the other employee was busy packing a large order for which I assumedwas for a pick-up from a food-app such Door Dash or Postmates because she would not make eye contact with anyone over thecounter. It took almost 10 minutes from the time we arrived for our turn and by then the line had grown by a few more people.Loved the ice cream, but slow service. Read more
