I enjoyed my chopped steak and it wasn?t my first rodeo but it was my first experience with a server telling me I can only have... it medium well or well done. Regardless, I enjoyed it THEIR way. Black Bear doesn?t often disappoint however it was just therushed service or maybe lack of service that made my meal hard to swallow. Came here with bf and loved it. Ordered a chicken bacon wrap and it was SO good! We got sat right away and had no issues with... our waitress or food! The downside was we both ordered milkshakes and they were super watery and didn?t taste like any flavor weordered. Read more

I?m writing this review because they deserve to know I appreciate it everything they did for me and my guests. I reserved in May... for a Saturday, I didn?t know that was not meant to be because those days they?re busy specially since I had reserved for alarge party, but somehow the person that reserve my event didn?t know she wasn?t supposed to book me. In June the same day thatI?m meant to be there with my party I get a phone call saying I was only able to stay for 30 minutes I did get a bit frustrated,but I decide to get there a few minutes prior to the event time, and I asked to talk to the manager and he was super nice. Heexplain the situation and also work with me with this situation. The staff was super friendly very welcoming and they made usfeel very satisfied with their service. Little wait to be seated, it was a Holiday. Cool aspect, they send you a text, you hit on the app & it tells you where your at... in line. Waitress very on the ball, quick drinks & food brought out in speedy manner. We came by for lunch the other day! Both the hostess and our waitress were very kind and welcoming. I love how they provide a... "newspaper" with interesting information about the bears to read while you're waiting! Their decor is so fun and wasentertaining for my kids. We ordered the chicken avocado club, bacon cheeseburger salad, kids happy cub cake, kids chickenstrips and a chocolate milkshake. Everything was huge portions and tasted great! Wow, I experienced such an awesome and fulfilled brunch. The host was welcoming and inviting, she smiled making eye contact,... and made us feel welcomed, she continued with making us comfortable and ended our walk to our table with a funny comment. Butour server jesus was amazing! He went above and beyond to please me (and if you know me at all? You know that is difficult.????) We will definitely go to this location again.
