I witnessed a poor experience dealing with the manager on duty. I understand that there was a small line. But when you have a... customer in front of you that you have rang up. They deserve your full attention and should not be made to hurry so you can getto the next sale. They should be the only thing that matter for that moment in time. Read more
I was able to call the store and have them place a book on hold, the Jennette McCurdy's "Glad my Mom Died." The person who... received my call, Iliyana was super helpful and really friendly. I went in a few hours after the call and they had it at thefront. The store is always sparkling and immaculate. It always smells of fresh coffee and freshly baked cookies. After I boughtmy book, I used my coupon to get a discounted cookie. Highly suggest the chocolate chip or their cheesecakes. Lovely store, veryorganized, and lots of games and fun toys to get distracted. It's next to the AMC theater in Lakewood by the Lakewood TowneCenter. I have always loved coming to this location for any reading material that I'm looking for to increase my library. Although they... no longer have the chairs and small couches here and there for you to sit and read, it still has a great atmosphere! Thechildren's section is adorable, the teen section is plentiful and they always plenty of cookbooks to keep me busy. My entirefamily is always entertained when we visit. And, I also love the little coffee shop that's included... which is a great spot forcollege study groups to meet up for study sessions. Zero if I could. Wouldn?t accept my return, even though other locations have return my Online Order, tied to my... Membership? Cashier I used for the return sat on her butt and was rude to the person in front of me. Person working the floorwas snobby and didn?t answer my question, telling me to try my luck reading the cards on the shelves. Cashier from earlier toldthe cashier I used to check out, to ?just dump the books in the bag?. This caused my books to be scuffed. I hope they closethis location down and move it to Puyallup, a much friendlier location. Much higher foot traffic there, and they could use theold Toys R Us spot. Read more

I used to love to go and check out their nice selection of Tarot decks but they've locked them in a case.
