Had a good time. The place was busy as usual for a Lakewood restaurant. The food was ok. My Cuban sandwich was over cooked as... the bun was a tad hard. Best part of my night was my date. Had a not so great experience here to no fault of the waiting staff. Great atmosphere, awesome place to grab a drink and watch a... game. However, I ordered the garlic wings traditional style and they left a lot to be desired. It's the first time I canremember ordering wings and not finishing them. To be blunt, they tasted like fish. Came here for dinner. First time here. You wouldn't believe what the building is till you go inside and I am not giving it away.... Your just gonna a have to go and you won't be disappointed or maybe you will. Heck if I know. People are picky. All I know isme, the wife and my 12 year old had fun, good food and the staff was great. What more can you ask for. Oh, and they have cokezero so I will happy about that. Read more
The food was so freaking good. Our waiter was always checking on us to see if we needed anything. I really loved my baked beans... and the bayou burger and my spinach salad. My husband got some wings, ribs, soup, and mac and cheese. The Lakewood area alwayshas some good places to eat. Read more
We'd heard great things about the Winking Lizard Clambake and it sure lived up to the recommendations. Every morsel is... delectable...the clam chowder was delicious and served hot. We had the lobster tails, which were sweet, tender, and perfectlycooked. The Latin Street Corn was out-of-this world, with a bright tang of lime, and the baked potato was excellent, served hot.Add a couple of your favorite draft beers or Lizard cocktails and you've got a memorable meal. Been in and around Cleveland many times and finally decided to give the Winking Lizard brand a try and this location certainly... didn?t disappointed. The hostess and waitress were also very friendly and provided prompt service. The food was very deliciousand filling and overall reasonable priced.
