old lady is rude. i thought at subway you make the sandwich how the customer wants? i asked for fresh lettuce I don't want... Brown/frozen lettuce! She started throwing the lettuce around. She made my sandwiches very sloppy and messy. she got upset Iasked to see how much sauce she put on my sandwich she already closed and finished without asking if it was complete. will nevergo to this location again because of her! she believes just because she's worked there for 15 years she can do what she want. I have been there more than three times and find every thing wonderful. I need to point, especially, China !! The way he greet... you and talk to you make you feel special. Just ordered two long foot subs online and they didn't put cheese in there! Very rude response when I called them back. Not a... good place to buy your subs. Stop there this evening with my kids and my daughter in law. We both had coupons for buy one get one after the confusion of... placing our order cause everyone was talking over eachother we proceeded to pay and was told our coupons can't be honored. Notonly did they deny our coupons they made a scene about it and the gentleman there claimed I had this issue before with him andthat wasn't the case at all.
