Not my favorite location but the employees here are always super friendly, helpful & patient with us. So I can't really... complain. Sometimes the drinks here just aren't as good as other Starbucks though & I don't know why. This is in a greatlocation downtown Lakewood, easy to access & line moves quickly. Will return. Read more

The worst Starbucks around. I go here because its close by but its consistently slow service and the coffee is bad. I got... totally ripped off this morning, they filled up my shaken espresso barely half way, it was mostly ice and it tasted likestraight coffee with nothing in it. Read more

I love Starbucks in general, so it's hard for me to have a bad experience at any of their locations. However, the team here is... so friendly and enthusiastic that I'm very happy to live so close to this particular Starbucks. I've ordered hot chocolate, both white and regular, 10 times so far this year. OVEF HALF of those times I've gotten what I... believe is the mocha as they've had coffee in them. They always remake it when I ask, and I like the people that work here, butit always takes so long to get any food (about 20 minutes!) and having to wait for them to remake my drink doesn't make for themost pleasant experience. There was one day I had ordered a white hot chocolate but got a regular instead, when asked to remakeit they gave me the coffee version, so I ended up just throwing out the remake and drinking what I was initially given eventhough it wasn't what I had ordered.
