I?m not sure if it?s a poor chef or faulty management, but this was a huge disappointment. I ordered Uber Eats and the diner is... 1.5 miles away. Tracking showed me the driver had the food her as immediately as possible. Ham and cheese omelette : ham andcheese were good quality and ample proportions. Eggs were not mixed, large areas of just white were visible. (It wasovercooked, but no caramelization or browning so I can?t guess in what.) Pancakes: Ample blueberries. Pancake mix was heavyand stodgy with little flavor. Home fries: thinly, mandolin sliced unpeeled potatoes. Should have been amazing. They were soundercooked.
