Worst experience in any coffee shop. There was literal trash all over the entire store. Not one worker had gloves on while... handling food. Extremely unprofessional and slow service. I feel u comfortable eating the bagel with one dot of cream cheese onit. Read more
Horrible store. Go to the 117th dd instead. The people at the spring garden location are awful at their jobs. Update: still the... worst Dunkin? Donuts I?ve ever been to. Refused to give me a refund because ordered in the app to pick up in store then I getthere and the doors are locked. Drive thru line of course is out onto Detroit. But not able to give me a refund? Worst food I've ever tasted from a Dunkin. The hash browns were freezer burnt, the Hot Chocolate taste like water, the breakfast... croissant sandwiches were old, the only thing that was decent was the iced latte. Choose another Dunkin' or another chain coffeeshop (ie. Starbucks). Stay far away from this one. It's a waste of money. Read more
This is the second time in a row I?ve had a horrible experience here. I had two UberEats orders to pick up and the doors were... locked and they would not pick up the phone. Tried to get their attention by knocking on the window and they initially ignoredme until I held my phone up to the window and they pointed to go around to the drive thru which was a mile long. Luckily, therewas someone doing deliveries at the side door and I asked him to tell the workers that I have orders. ?Ok? was their response.They finally came out with a nasty attitude and handed me my orders. I decline UE orders from here now. Not to mention it took20 minutes in the drive thru this AM to get a single coffee for myself. Drive the extra mile to go to the other Dunkin.
