Tom from the store at 1195 rt 70 lakewood nj was extremely rude and actually hung up on me. I tried to order on the website and... there was an error that results in a pending charge 3 times. I called the store to see if the order had went through and if sohad it multiple times. I wasnt even allowed to finish speaking before he started rambling about how he cant refund me until thecharges post. I asked him if I could finish talking. The call "disconnected". When I called back the kid who answer went to gettom and said hey it's that lady again, she called back. When he finally got on the phone I told him all this could have beenavoided since I wasnt calling for money, I was calling for information. I was calling to see if the order was placed and ask ifthat was a normal error. You should seriously reconsider him as a manager, if he really was, or retrain him to have betterpeople skills. 11/13/2021: Sandwiches for dinner today ordered online. The quality of Mike's Sandwich's is consistent: ALWAYS tasty! I used to... patronize the location at Shrewsbury, NJ until I moved to this area 4 years back. Now, we order from Mikes every several weeksor so and have NEVER been disappointed. Well Done! Ran in for a quick bite and had my mom sit in the car ordered two sandwiches turned around to look at the TV came back around... and the sandwiches were done! Their cheese steak sandwiches are cooked to perfection they put the perfect amount of cheese tomeat ratio. And that makes my mom very happy and if my mom's happy then I'm happy. Read more
Nothing wrong with the food. It's always very good and everything is fresh. Always consistent. Never a complaint about quality. ... $15 for a whole sub is, in my opinion, just being greedy. There are many places to get a good sub in NJ for about $10. I don'tunderstand why they need to charge so much. People pay it though, huh? I do too sometimes. Read more
