Worst Wendy's in the area! There is always a long wait for the drive thru even when there are only a few cars. Today ar... 1135hrs, I ordered 2 Jr. Bacon, 2 double stacks w/ bacon and a 6 piece nugget. I received 2 Jr. Bacon and a single patty ofsomething tiny. Terrible Wendy's. I waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru tonight. Payed at the first window and I get to the second window... for my food and the cashier asks me to pay again. Are you serious? Then she gives me the wrong drink order and I have to ask herto correct it. I waited 10 more minutes at the second window and get all the way home just to discover they got my cheeseburgerorder wrong. So I waited 40 minutes in that drive thru just for them to get two thirds of my order wrong. These workers can'teven follow the orders correctly on the screens right in front of them. I mean honestly you're going to ask me to pay for myorder twice??? I wouldn't recommend this Wendy's to anyone and instead would recommend going to a different one. Read more
I was going to say something about how all the orders are via a touchscreen or how the customer Sevice wasn?t spot on but... honestly the food was hot, quick and the dining room was open and clean. Wendy?s is one of the few spots anymore that havesalads and healthier options. No issues besides the touchscreen glitching a bit. Read more
I?ve come to this Wendy?s often since it?s close to my work and generally it is a great store I would absolutely rate it higher... had I not had this experience? I went through the drive thru earlier today and had waited patiently for the order taker to takemy order, I completely understand that it was dinner rush and I was not ordering a lot out of this order just some chickennuggets, fries and a drink. I get up to the window, pay and was rushed to grab my food and my change back without the drink Iordered and got the window slammed in my face, I in no way wanted to come off as rude and so I drove away but I have never hadworst customer service given to me in my life! Whoever was working the drive-thru at 11:50pm on September 3rd had the most unpleasant attitude for absolutely no reason. I sat... in the drive thru for maybe 15 minutes so it was obviously busy for what I assume may have only been two workers at that time ofnight, but still. Worst Wendy's location in lakewood. Service lacks all the basic priclncipals, in other words very lazy staff. If they have to... make it just consider it not available. Wait times vary on times but regardless of wait time, it's best to double check yourorder, something is always missed or forgotten. Not a fan of Wendy's, but with the occasional craving ill avoid the Belmarlocation at all costs. Hopefully the management of this location see's this review and makes major and neccessary improvements. Read more
