Same old Taco Bell food (good)! Cashier was slow and seemed confused. Of course my order was wrong but I ate it anyway.
I'm getting frustrated with the lobby being closed at 5pm and the drive thru line looking like the infinity symbol. So the new... trend at Taco Bell must be keep the window around 10 minutes per car. Never open like the times say. I've had good delivery pick ups from here and they lock the doors early, you wait in line for... 10-15min only to be told at the speaker they're not doing delivery orders, and your then stick in the line ride for another35-45min because the people behind you won't back out, and you are literally forced to wait on line for nothing. Service isgood when they're open early, but after 5pm they could closed, not accepting orders, won't place a simple sign saying they'renot doing delivery orders, and your just wasting time trying to pay for overpriced fast food tacos. For $2-3 you can real tacosright down the road without the hassle of waiting an hour for nothing or wasting gas to get here only to be told they're closedat pretty much all times after 5-6pm. This location we travel further to or do online ordering because the one near us is horrible. Never had a problem with their... service and the food is always prepared correctly as if the employees were preparing it for theirselves. Definitely appreciategood customer service. They need to send one of these Mangers to Edgewater to get that store running properly! Read more
