Absolute worst taco bell in the area. Go anywhere else. I ordered a chalupa meal and a burrito box with no sour cream. Literally... EVERYTHING on the order was screwed up. I went back in to try and get my money back after calling 4 times with no answer, theGENERAL MANAGER told me I had no proof it was at that location and refused to give me my money back. This taco bell repeatedly messes up their orders my whole order today was messed up everything we ordered they didn't put cheese... on and they left out a chalupa and soft taco and it's not the first time. We call and call and call and the one time they answerthey tell us to come back just to be rude and arrogant towards us and refuse to refund us or look up the order on their systemdespite showing proof of transaction and they don't give you a receipt so when you ask for a refund they tell you there is noproof it was this location. This Taco Bell is always so busy but so prompt thank you for always getting my order rite every time the staff is great.
Stopped coming here 2 years ago... Thought I'd try again .. NOPE! this location still never has sauce packets, the girl taking... orders 6/28 around 9:20pm mumbled and was difficult to understand. Please enunciate. Also she was a bit rude when I didn'tunderstand what she asked the first go around. She sounded very annoyed. Not cool. The guy handing out orders at the windowdidn't have much energy but he was at least friendly! As far as order accuracy... They got my order wrong as expected sadly. I've frequently ate at this tacobell for 10 years. And it just keeps getting worse and worse. Today I went in ordered food and... the lady making my food was on her cell phone spitting as she spoke and making food at the same time. I told her that she shouldnot be using her phone while making food that it was a health code violation. She told me to stay home and cook my own food andthat her health codes where none of our business. And that I can not eat her food if I did t want to. And then the lady managergot a smart mouth and said her employee was allowed on the phones while cooking food. Keep in mind she wasn't changing hergloves when touching her phone and the food. I went through the drive thru and ordered 2 cruchwraps, 3 burritos, a cinnamon twist, a quesadilla, a nachos bell grande, and 2... drinks. I recieved only 1 crunchwrap and one of my drinks was diluted, called the store 3 times, and got no answers. This isunprofessional and unacceptable for any establishment. Food came as ordered but woke up with severe stomach issues. Due to the lack of chicken in my order and the fact this isn't the... first time. This resturaunt needs to be better at safely preparing their food and make sure they are properly cleaning theirveggies and their prep surfaces or else this will continue to occur and I will have no choice but to go to a different location Read more
