Last review I left was not very great. So this experience was awesome I had been served today on the 4th of July at this... location on West Alameda in Lakewood. Excellent service friendly staff the young man and young lady were excellent. Food wasperfect no complaints cookies rocked as always. So happy we went and had sandwiches today. They have good food. It would be better if there were more people working at a time but they mange.
Probably one of the not so good locations to stop at. The workers ignored me for the first 2 minutes even though i was the only... customer in the store. We made eye contact but not greeting on they're end. I got my sandwich toasted, the chicken was stillcold. The sandwich was a complete mess to eat as it was falling apart. This Subway ALWAYS messes up when I order ahead. Look at this photo, you call this double meat? Look, I know sometimes people... mess it up, but this has been an consistent issue to the point that I?m leaving this review. I called the manager on 1/31/2022to complain, but she denied they get their orders wrong and hung up on me. She put the wrong kind of chicken on my chicken bacon ranch and only gave me one cookie when I ordered two. Never again.
We ordered 4 trays for a birthday party this weekend. The manager was wonderful, everything was exactly what was ordered, on... time and delicious. Everyone raved about the sandwiches and best part I didnt have to cook for 50 people. Thank you so much! Read more
Paid for a four sub order on the app and when we went to pick it up at 1 in the afternoon the store was closed..they refused to... refund the money and directed me to call the owner who never returned 5 or 6 messages. Read more
