So i ordered my wife and i sandwiches in the app. The app said they were ready for pickup so i went down there and walked in... were i told the emoloyee i had an online order. He said for Ricky and i was like ya that's me then he said ok I'll go ahead andmake those now which made no sense when the app said they were ready. I put specific details online on how i wanted thesandwiches made because my wife is pregnant and very very picky. I figured since he knew my name, he knew my order. Afterwaiting a while i got out sandwiches and went home. I pretty much got my head chewed off by my wife because they were no wherenear how i placed the order. Its like the dude just went with the basic recipe for the two classic sandwiches i ordered. Anywaysnow my wife is super mad I'm upset cuz no one wants to deal with an angry, hungry and pregnant wife. Arrived at 839 the heavy set female worker with the tie dye pants a walked up to the door as I tried to come in and locked it.... She then walked out the other door to smoke with a friend n their car. This was very gross and unprofessional. I of course wentelsewhere for dinner. Read more
0 stars, but only gave it a 1 because I had to make a selection. Went in tonight to pick up an online order at 4:30pm, one door... was locked, and I had to walk around "loiterers" to get in the building through the other door. I didn't realize it at the timeI walked by the loiterers that they were talking to me, they said "She is in the bathroom". I didn't put it together until laterthat they must have been talking to me. Upon entering, vulgar profane laced music was playing very loudly, and no one was behindthe counter. If I had not already paid for my order, or if I had had my children with me we would have walked out immediatelybecause there is no need for that music in a place of business. Waited, rang bell, waited...shouted "hello?"....Finally a ladycame out from what appeared to be the bathroom, wearing street clothing and gave me my order. I couldn't even be sure sheofficially worked there because she literally looked like she walked in off Colfax. I couldn't believe how dirty it felt beingin that space. Couldn't get out of there fast enough. This location has gone downhill. I hope the food was ok, but it seemedlike my order had been sitting there a while since I put it in ahead of time for a later pickup.....NEVER GOING BACK..... Read more
I've gone here several times and they're good, except.... apparently their hours are a lie. We tried to go in around 815 to find... all the doors locked, their lights off, the employee ignoring us, and the sign on the door saying they were open until 9. NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS STORE AGAIN! Placed an online order for two sandwiches, arrived 5 minutes after the pickup time, and... had to wait an additional 20 minutes for my order to be ready. Was even told to go to another store because he was "too busy" toaccommodate the online order that was placed 20 minutes before this "too busy" line appeared. First and last time I'll ever goto this store. Read more
Antonio and staff are professional, Kind , clean place and efficient service. Will definitely eat here again.
Order was missing bacon, cheese, not toasted no mustard so much black pepper ruined the whole sandwich
