absolutely DISGUSTING drink!! i?m not sure if i got the wrong order but man this tasted terrible. i ordered this using mobile... order and i can?t believe it tasted that but i asked for an extra shot of syrup and the holiday sprinkles and there?s none to befound.. drink taste like water down coffee! not sure if they don?t know how to make lattes but im disappointed to say the least Read more
I went to this location on 9/11/22 and was satisfied with my coffee, it was perfect. I visited this location again yesterday... 9/12/22 and I threw that coffee away. I ordered 2 cold brew coffee's one with salted caramel sweet foam and another withchocolate sweet foam and a tea. Person that got the tea didn't complain. Both cold brews got a basic foam with no flavoring. Thecoffe that was supposed to have the caramel ALSO had a hair stuck to the lip, not on the outside, it was in the coffee. But theysure do charge you for everything you ask for. Bottom line this location only rocks on certain days, learn the staff. Knowingyour barista is very important. My Caramel Ribbon Crunch with Oat milk, no whip and extra crunch fell flat on the day off my visit. Usually, they get it right... but not today. Their attitudes were horrendous as well. It's the only location in my area; that's the only reason for my visitbut they will see less and less of me. That's a guarantee. Three stars, that's being generous. Read more
I?m sorry Starbucks?I have to give you this star rating based on my last $50 I have spent with you. Your americanos and iced... americanos have been made wrong. Please don?t train your employees to swirl or mix those because the crema is necessary to makethe drink taste better. The pineapple refresher was more pulp than drink and had a very weird taste. The nitro cold brew wasdelicious but the chocolate cream cold brew is more cream than cold brew. I guess you have to sacrifice on quality a little whenyou need to feed the quantity. Went in over the weekend. Burnt tasting black ice coffee. Not sure how that happens, but it's at every Starbucks I try... I mean... it's a Starbucks. Not amazing, but not the worst. Could tell some of them probably had a rough day based on our interaction. Read more
I asked for an expresso frapuccino with whip cream and strawberry puree on top and bottom and ended with a nasty tasting drink... that got the strawberry puree blended which i did not ask for blended just top and bottom and couldnt do just that! My opinion this Starbucks has the best management, crew and the best service. They make you feel very welcome and it's like a... home away from home. remember if something's not right let them know and they have zero issues making it right for you. thisplace really does go out of their way to make the customer feel important and that's what counts. This place rocks. Check outthe menu. Update I go here about 4 to 5 times a week and I never have an issue. I am in and out pretty quick. Even the drivethru is pretty fast. Keep up the good work. New drinks and eats that are very good. Well I think so. Get a quick cup of coffeeand on my way. Never any problem with my order or when I meet a client at this location. I like that I can plug in my laptop andphone. The staff is fantastic. Seats around 50 people. ***Update. Let them know if something is not right and they will make itright. I usually dont complain unless there is a real issue with my visit. I ordered and went home (4 minute drive). I didn't drink any... of it as it's super hot but when I did I noticed it was already almost half gone with no whip. Crazy that I order 1 thing andget something else.
