The amount of times I?ve gotten non-soy drinks when I order soy here is wild. I order ahead and usually have this and something... else that is not dairy free in my order because I pick up things for people at work. I feel like because I order some non-dairyfree things they think it is somehow okay to make the drinks I order with soy and pay extra for without soy. It?s just wild.I?ve been going here for years, but I?m sick of getting to work and taking the first sip of my drink only to literally have tospit it out so I don?t have a reaction. Read more
They don't list the real sizes of their drinks. I got my wife the wrong size. Next time I will be sure and just ask. It seems... they could stand to be a little bit more friendly when they're waiting on you as well. I went inside this time, and theyactually seem to be a little more friendly when you go through the drive-thru. It's Starbucks! You either like it or leave it.It just seems to be the way it is. Order a latte for myself and a small water with strawberries for my sick grandson & i was charged $5.25 for freaking tap... water!!! I called & was told they recently changed water to a latte! Used mobile order about 10 minutes prior to arriving. The drive through had people in it but the store itself was pretty empty... when I arrived. My drink wasn?t ready - the staff blamed a recent rush. But what is the point of mobile order if it?s not madein a timely manner? If I can?t time my pick up for when the app says my drink is available then you should not offer the featureat all. Read more

These negative ratings make perfect sense. I?ve had really bad experiences here lately. The last encounter a few days ago made... that the last time I?ll ever be back here. I complained to corporate that told me the regional manager would be calling me backin a couple of days but I haven?t heard back yet. I ordered a grande mocha and when I went up to the window of the drive-thruthey handed me a tall. I told the woman that it wasn?t the size I ordered and instead of just saying sorry she threw this majortantrum and yelled that it kept happening and stormed off while I was just holding the drink out of my window waiting for her totake it back. She finally came back and told me she can?t take it back and then said in a snotty tone to have a nice day. Iignored her and she yelled out the window again. Later that morning I called to speak to a manager and an extremelyunprofessional woman that sounded just like the tantrum throwing barista answered the phone. I asked to speak to a manager andshe rudely responded ? that?s me? I hung up and complained to corporate. This location has really gone downhill. I certainlywill never go back and most likely will never go back to Starbucks again. My drink was already over 6 dollars and they stilltried to hand me a much smaller size. Such a ripoff. I would have been somewhat understanding if she had simply apologized andmade it right. If that really was the manager that answered the phone later she def. won?t be holding that position much longer.Get it together Starbucks!
